Hamdard Pakistan seeks an experienced Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand sales operations within a designated region. The successful candidate will lead a team of four sales professionals and be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring effective territory coverage, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong expertise in territory management and customer relationship management, combined with a strategic approach to identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with the team to develop sales plans that align with corporate objectives. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the team effectively while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and developing new business partnerships. The position requires a minimum of four years of sales experience, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of four sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market penetration.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track team performance and support decision-making.
- Ensure effective territory management by planning routes, prioritizing customer visits, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry developments and competitor strategies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance skills and improve overall performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
