Job Description
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a courteous, well\-spoken, and guest\-focused Telephone Operator to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
* Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
* Direct calls to appropriate departments efficiently
* Take and relay messages clearly and accurately
* Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and wake\-up calls
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and service standards
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred
* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Pleasant voice and professional telephone etiquette
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
* Strong customer service mindset
* Basic computer knowledge
