Job Title: Tech Administrative Coordinator

Required Skills \& Competencies:
* 8\-10 Yrs experience in experience within coordination role and experience supporting senior executives a familiarity with technology and IT terminology is a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a technology\-driven environment.
* Ability to multi\-task in a dynamic work environment.
* In\-depth understanding of administrative and office management practices.
* Knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
* Familiarity with facility management principles and best practices.
* Awareness of relevant regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
* Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
