Provide strategic legal advice to leadership and oversee contracts, governance, and regulatory matters. **Key Responsibilities:** * Advise executive leadership on legal matters related to operations, partnerships, and policies * Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies * Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and relevant frameworks * Manage legal disputes and oversee litigation with external counsel * Conduct legal risk assessments and support strategic decision\-making * Monitor legal and regulatory updates and guide teams on implications * Promote legal awareness, ethics, and compliance across the organization * Represent the organization in legal matters when required * Oversee legal documentation and confidential records management * Lead Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks * Ensure adherence to HSE standards * Support additional tasks as required by leadership **Key Stakeholders:** * Internal: Executive leadership, departments * External: Government entities, legal advisors, consultants **Requirements:** * Master’s degree in law (LLM) or equivalent * UAE legal qualification preferred * 15\+ years of experience, including 5\+ years in a senior legal role * Experience in government, public sector, or large organizations preferred * Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract management * Fluent in Arabic and English 🔻 About Net2Source Inc.
