Role Description The Takaful Executive Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. This position is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring Takaful executives to achieve sales and service targets in line with Shariah-compliant Takaful principles. Daily activities include planning and executing development programs, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and guidance to the team. The role involves collaborating with branch and regional leadership to implement sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Manager also prepares regular reports on team performance, supports business expansion initiatives, and fosters an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Strong people development and leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in sales planning, target setting, and performance monitoring, preferably in insurance, Takaful, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of Takaful concepts, Shariah-compliant financial products, and customer-focused service practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Capability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use basic office and productivity software (e.g., MS Office).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications in insurance/Takaful are an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales management, agency development, or executive development roles, preferably within the insurance or Takaful sector.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
