Role Description The Executive Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role is responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing a team of insurance executives to achieve sales and business growth targets. Day-to-day activities include setting performance goals, providing regular coaching and training, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Executive Development Manager will analyze market trends, support executives in client acquisition and relationship management, and collaborate with branch and regional leadership on business development strategies. The role also involves preparing performance reports, conducting review meetings, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
