System Engineer

Ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and virtualization, capable of managing enterprise infrastructure and leading domain and email migrations. Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faislabad **Key Responsibilities** * Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022\), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and PKI. * Plan and execute AD domain restructuring/migration, including application impact assessment and cutover strategy. * Manage and upgrade Exchange (2016/2019\) and lead migration to Exchange Online (O365\). * Perform patching, vulnerability assessment, and impact analysis. * Deploy releases within defined SLAs. * Manage VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi, HA/DRS, vMotion). * Administer monitoring, backups, and DR (SCCM, SCOM/SolarWinds, Veeam/Commvault). * Support Linux servers (RHEL/Ubuntu) and related services (NGINX, RabbitMQ). * Automate routine tasks using PowerShell. **Requirements** * Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, GPO, and PKI. * Hands\-on expertise in Exchange and Exchange Online migrations. * Experience with AD domain migration and restructuring. * Proficiency in VMware virtualization and clustering. * Strong PowerShell scripting and basic Linux administration skills.
