Cloud Engineer - Alibaba Cloud

Ideal candidate for this role is a hands\-on Cloud Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and automation, responsible for building and operating enterprise environments on Alibaba Cloud as part of a large\-scale migration program. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provision and manage Alibaba Cloud infrastructure (ECS, OSS, VPC, SLB, NAT Gateway, security groups). * Deploy and manage containerized workloads on ACK/ASK using Kubernetes and Helm. * Implement serverless solutions using Function Compute and API Gateway. * Configure streaming and data services (DataHub) and file transfer workflows (SFTP/OSS). * Implement security controls (RAM roles, WAF, Anti\-DDoS, KMS encryption). * Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ROS and Terraform. * Execute cloud migration tasks using SMC and related tools. * Support PoC environments, sandbox setups, and document migration findings. * Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain runbooks and infrastructure documentation. **Requirements** * 4–7 years of cloud engineering experience (Alibaba Cloud preferred or strong AWS background). * Hands\-on expertise with Alibaba Cloud services (ECS, VPC, OSS, ACK, Function Compute, RAM). * Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. * Experience with Terraform or ROS (IaC). * Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, routing, load balancing, security). * Experience with Linux administration and scripting (Bash/Python). * Knowledge of cloud security and compliance best practices. * Relevant certification such as ACA – Cloud Computing.
