Working with modern digital tools, you’ll carry out inspections and produce real\-time reports, contributing to efficient and client\-focused service delivery. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting detailed inspections of a wide range of structures, from traditional to modern builds * Producing accurate, site\-based digital reports * Developing specifications for repair and remedial works * Supporting insurance\-related assessments, including subsidence and structural damage * Collaborating with senior leadership and providing regular project updates * Contributing ideas to improve processes, technology use, and overall service offering **About You** We’re looking for a technically strong and motivated individual who enjoys problem\-solving and embraces new technology.
