**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, inspect, and maintain stock records
* Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of materials
* Issue materials and track stock movement
* Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies
* Prepare purchase requests/orders and coordinate with suppliers
* Prepare invoices and maintain billing records
* Handle administrative tasks and maintain office documents
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Monitor and manage office supplies
**Requirements**
* BSc in Chemistry is an advantage
* Familiarity with MSDS, hazardous material handling, and safety protocols
* 2–3 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment
* Experience in storekeeping and administrative roles
* Basic knowledge of purchasing and invoicing processes
* Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
* Strong communication skills in English \& Hindi
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently
