Storekeeper

**Job Category:** Storekeeper **Job Type:** Full Time **Job Location:** Umm\-al\-Quwain We are looking for a reliable and technically competent Storekeeper to manage and maintain our materials store. The ideal candidate must have a BSc in Chemistry or an equivalent qualification and be capable of understanding the technical nature of materials to ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, chemicals, and technical supplies. * Ensure proper storage of materials based on chemical properties, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications. * Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and digital systems. * Issue materials to relevant departments and maintain proper documentation. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. * Ensure compliance with HSE standards, including proper labeling, segregation, and safe handling of chemicals. * Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. * Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams regarding material requirements. **Qualifications** * BSc in Chemistry or an equivalent degree \-Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Science. * 2–3 years of experience in a technical, industrial. * Strong understanding of chemical properties and storage requirements. * Familiarity with MSDS, hazardous material handling, and safety protocols. * Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office. * Strong organizational and communication skills in English \& Hindi. **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of ISO standards related to storage and material handling. * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. **How To Apply** Email your CV to hr@altaherglobal.com or apply via Indeed.
