Ajman, United Arab Emirates Trending **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care during pre\-operative, intra\-operative, and post\-operative phases, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain the operation theatre and equipment before, during, and after surgical procedures. * Assist the surgical team by providing instruments, supplies, and support during operations. * Monitor patients' vital signs and provide appropriate care during surgery. * Ensure strict adherence to infection control practices and sterilization protocols. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care. * Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. * Educate and counsel patients and families on post\-operative care **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. * Valid nursing license (MOH/DHA/HAAD or eligibility preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in Operation Theatre nursing. * Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
