Sr. ML Data Scientist (LIME/SHAP)

**Required Skills \& Experience** \- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 6\-8\+ years of relevant experience in Data Science and Machine Learning \- Proven experience delivering production\-grade ML solutions in enterprise environments \- Experience with explainability frameworks (LIME / SHAP) and model robustness techniques \- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable models and insights **Nice to Have Skills \& Experience** \- Prior experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment \- Experience with Python, Databricks, Azure and/or AWS or similar \- Certifications (Azure, AWS, Databricks) \- French is an asset **Job Summary** Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to join one of the top aerospace companies in Canada. Ideally, this person will have a background implementing and using explainability frameworks such as LIME and/or SHAP. The Data Scientist will support and evolve a key enterprise initiative, with the opportunity to expand impact across additional business and AI initiatives. This role is hands\-on, technical, and strongly embedded with the business. You will work on production\-grade machine learning solutions, focusing on explainability, model robustness, performance optimization, and scalable delivery.
