**Purpose:**
Lead and optimize HR operations, drive HR technology transformation, and support rewards and compensation strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role ensures efficient HR service delivery, compliance with policies, and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and employee experience while aligning people strategies with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
HR Operations Leadership \& Service Delivery
* Oversee end\-to\-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, and offboarding.
* Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
* Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity.
* Develop, standardize, and continuously improve HR SOPs and operational workflows.
* Monitor HR service delivery and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
HR Technology \& Digital Transformation
* Lead and manage implementation and optimization of HR systems such as HRIS, payroll, performance management tools, and employee portals.
* Collaborate with IT and external vendors on HR technology projects and integrations.
* Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and ensure seamless functionality.
* Ensure data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and system compliance.
* Drive adoption of HR digital tools through training and change management initiatives.
Rewards, Compensation \& Benefits Management
* Support the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs.
* Manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs.
* Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis.
* Oversee benefits administration and vendor coordination.
* Ensure compliance of compensation practices with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
HR Analytics, Insights \& Workforce Planning
* Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, etc.).
* Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for decision\-making.
* Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
* Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Process Excellence \& Governance
* Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR operations.
* Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes.
* Maintain audit\-ready HR documentation and governance standards.
Stakeholder Management \& Collaboration
* Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and leadership teams.
* Act as a key point of contact for HR operations\-related queries.
* Manage relationships with external vendors for HR systems and benefits.
* Support managers in enhancing employee experience and engagement.
**Qualifications (Must Have):**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 7–10 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services.
* Strong experience in HRIS management and HR technology implementation.
* Solid understanding of HR lifecycle processes and operations.
* Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data\-driven decision\-making.
**Qualifications (Preferred):**
* Experience in compensation and benefits design and administration.
* Exposure to HR digital transformation initiatives.
* Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and frameworks.
* Experience working in large organizations or shared service environments.
