Oxiliry is Hiring: **Learning \& Development Manager** 📍 Location: Hyderabad 💼 Job Type: Full\-Time **About the Role** We are looking for a Learning \& Development Manager to design and drive impactful learning strategies that enhance organizational capability, enable culture transformation, and support business growth. This role partners closely with leadership to build scalable learning programs and strengthen performance and talent development frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** **Learning Strategy \& Execution** Design and implement learning programs across leadership, technical, and soft skills Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and align learning with business goals Build competency\-based learning frameworks and development plans **LMS \& Content Development** Manage end\-to\-end LMS operations (courses, learning paths, reporting, automation) Develop and curate engaging blended learning content (e\-learning \& instructor\-led) Drive learning analytics and track program effectiveness **Organizational Development** Lead culture transformation and change management initiatives Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness programs **Performance Management** Support performance cycles (goal setting, feedback, development plans) Measure learning impact through KPIs, assessments, and ROI analysis **Requirements:** 5\+ years of experience in Learning \& Development / OD / Instructional Design Strong expertise in TNA, LMS management, and content development Experience with performance management, succession planning, and talent development Exposure to change management and organizational transformation initiatives Preferred Experience in leadership development programs Knowledge of learning analytics tools and advanced L\&D technologies Skills Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Proactive, collaborative, and results\-driven approach
