SR. ENGINEER, CONTRACTS

Job description: **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Description):** * Prepare/ Review contract/ other legal documents (NDA, MOU, Association Agreement, contractual letters etc.) pertaining to following to ensure that Company’s interests are fully optimized, protected and understood at appropriate levels. * Design Services * Construction Management Services * Construction/ Site Supervision Services * Complete Project Management Services * Provide general assistance \& advice on contractual, commercial \& procurement matters as required to support Company’s operations * Support tender dept. during post award stages by overseeing contract award and amendment process. * Oversee claim settlement and management through support from project teams. * Support project teams in reviewing contract changes and amendments. * Support Manager, Tender \& Contracts in compliance to legal and regulatory documents. * Assist respective functional executive managers in ensuring that various contemporaneous records are correctly maintained as required in terms of the contract provisions. * Upon requirement, assist tender dept. during bid stages. (See Engineer, Tender JD) * Maintain efficient document/ data management system that supports easy retrieval of records. **Minimum Qualifications:**   * A bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture **Minimum Experience and Required Skills:** * 10\+ Years (minimum 8\+ years in Contracts * Well conversant with FIDIC’s White Book * Good know how on FIDIC Rainbow Suite of Contracts * Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS project, Adobe Acrobat Pro etc. Profile description: DAR Engineering, a leading design \& engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission \& Distribution, Health Care \& High Rise Buildings.
