Software Engineer

Job Summary: Design and Development is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of the web application platform based on modern technology stacks that continuously meet evolving business needs. It involves setting the overall technical vision and ensuring adherence to high software engineering standards. This role is crucial in shaping the bank's technological future in identifying, evaluating, and advocating for the adoption of contemporary technologies, architectural patterns, and adoption of agile values and principles across all development teams. **manadatory Skills \- Java intermediate level, springboot, Java Structs ,Problem solving \& Troubleshoot** 1\. Design, Develop, and Implement Systems  Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Java\-based web applications using Struts 1\.x MVC architecture to meet business and functional requirements.  Develop and integrate Spring Boot–based services for modular, scalable, and maintainable backend components while ensuring smooth coexistence with legacy Struts applications.  Build and consume RESTful APIs to support frontend interactions, third\-party system integrations, and microservice\-style communication.  Design, optimize, and manage MySQL database schemas, including tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, and queries to ensure high performance and data integrity.
