Java Software Engineer

**Job Title: Specialist – Design \& Development** **Location: Abu Dhabi** **Experience \- 5\+ years** **Mandatory Skills \- Core Java, Struts, Spring Boot, and relational MySQL databases, Banking** **Job Description \-** **Experience:**  Minimum of 5 years of hands\-on experience in development and maintenance of solutions with Core Java, Struts, Spring Boot, and relational MySQL databases.  Proven track record in providing enhancement and maintaining enterprise\-level platforms or modules. **Technical Skills:**  Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages commonly used in microservices development and experience with back\-end frameworks (e.g., Java, Struts, Spring Boot, jQuery).  In\-depth understanding and knowledge of microservices architecture, modular architecture, cloud\-native development, cloud platforms and services, containerization and orchestration, and API design and management.  Extensive knowledge and expertise in relational database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.  Proficiency in source code version control and collaboration tools, such as BitBucket and JIRA.  Strong analy cal skills, with experience conduc ng root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoo ng complex issues.  Knowledge of data inves ga on and incident resolu on processes. **Development Skills:**  Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA.  Expertise in development environments, including IDEs, code control, unit testing, design, and documentation.  Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes. **Preferred Qualifications** : • Experience with containers and container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Proficiency in or exposure to machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, or Paddle. • Hands\-on experience with monitoring tools and methodologies (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). • Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross\-functional teams in a fast\-paced environment. **About CLPS RiDiK:** RiDiK is a global technology solutions provider and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), delivering cutting\-edge end\-to\-end services across banking, wealth management, and e\-commerce.
