Job Description
What You’ll Do:-
- Design and build
scalable, mission-critical systems and APIs
- Develop and maintain core components of our internal platform (including Victoria, MessageBus, Carport)
- Build and optimize
CI/CD systems and event-driven architectures
- Work with
large-scale data pipelines and real-time event streams
- Ensure
high availability, security, and traceability
across systems
- Improve
developer experience
through automation, tooling, and platform enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence
What We’re Looking For:-
Must-Have Skills:-
- Having 7+ years of experience working in automotive field
- Software Engineering \& Backend Development
- Strong programming skills in
Java, Go, Python, or Node.js
- Experience building
scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems
- Solid understanding of
system design and software architecture
Distributed Systems:-
- Hands-on experience with
large-scale distributed systems
- Knowledge of
scalability, reliability, and fault-tolerant design
- Experience working with
production-critical systems
Event-Driven Architecture \& Data Pipelines:-
- Experience with
event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka or similar)
- Strong understanding of
event-driven systems and messaging patterns
- Experience building or maintaining
real-time data pipelines
Security \& Best Practices:-
- Knowledge of
secure software development practices
- Experience integrating
security into CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of
traceability and compliance in software delivery
Nice to Have:-
- Experience with
internal developer platforms or software factories
- Exposure to
AI-driven automation or intelligent DevOps tooling
- Familiarity with
modern cloud platforms and container orchestration
Tech Environment:-
You’ll work with modern tools and technologies across:
- Cloud \& Infrastructure
- CI/CD and automation systems
- Containerized and distributed environments
- Event-driven architectures and data pipelines
