Come onboard as a “People Partner” and play your part in the “People Domain.” On this journey, you will report to “Head,People” Your Responsibilities will include: Strategic HR Partnering * Develop and execute quarterly workforce plans and org design reviews, identifying the * optimum workforce level. * Support role optimization, reorgs, and transitions in collaboration with leadership. * Responsible for maintaining and reducing the SG\&A cost. Stakeholder Management \& Employee Relations * Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, offering daily support and coaching. * Address grievances, feedback, and escalations related to rewards, promotions, performance, and manager concerns. Performance \& Talent Development * Lead goal\-setting, calibrations, performance reviews, and PIP processes. * Identify HiPos, successors, and critical positions along with the Leadership. * Conduct LNA and partner with L\&D on learning initiatives. * Coach managers to build feedback\-driven, high\-performing teams. Talent Acquisition \& Rewards Alignment * Partner with TA to manage hiring approvals, internal movements, and internal benchmarking. * Collaborate with Rewards on salary reviews, parity checks, and compensation insights. * Collaborate with Rewards to review and ensure rewards guidelines are adhered to and employees are at parity. * Collaborate with Leadership to devise pay\-for\-performance commission structures and benchmark with market parity. Engagement \& Culture * Leverage Peakon data to drive engagement actions and foster employee well\-being. * Plan team connects, recognition programs, and diversity initiatives. HR Operations \& Data Accuracy * Own end\-to\-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes. * Ensure accurate and timely HRIS data updates and reporting (Workday). Projects \& Process Improvement * Contribute to org\-wide initiatives like policy updates, value rollouts, and talent strategy. * Continuously identify areas to improve employee experience and HR workflows. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field. * Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including performance management, training \& development, and other related HR functions and at least 6 years of experience in HRBP role. * Current, in\-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation employment laws in Pakistan. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Skills and other related software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment **Additional Information** What does your playfield look like? * We work in a flexible but fast paced environment. * We start and end with customers to deliver exceptional service. * We love to innovate, prioritize, decide, and deliver. * We love what we do, and we don’t rest until our targets are achieved.
