We are looking for an experienced
Senior Manager People and Culture expert in
HR Operations to lead and optimize HR processes, HR systems, employee lifecycle management, compensation administration, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, onboarding, and employee records.
- Lead HRIS and HR technology implementation and optimization.
- Support compensation, benefits, and annual salary review processes.
- Drive process improvement, compliance, and HR reporting.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to enhance employee experience.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR technology projects.
- Strong analytical, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to compensation and benefits administration is preferred.
