We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking
Senior HR Manager
to lead our people strategy and operations. You will play a critical role in shaping our culture, scaling HR practices, and driving talent initiatives that align with business goals. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, performance, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy \& Planning
- Partner with leadership to define and implement the HR roadmap across talent acquisition, performance, engagement, learning, and culture.

Talent Acquisition \& Employer Branding
- Lead strategic hiring across functions. Build a strong employer brand and drive recruitment outcomes aligned with future org needs.

Performance \& Development
- Own the performance management framework. Introduce systems for feedback, career development, and capability-building across levels.

Employee Engagement \& Culture
- Design and drive initiatives that enhance workplace experience, reinforce culture, and strengthen retention. Act as a culture custodian.

HR Operations \& Compliance
- Oversee core HR functions—compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance. Ensure timely, accurate, and smooth people operations.

Leadership Partnering \& Advisory
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.

Data \& People Analytics
- Build a metrics-driven HR function. Track key people metrics and provide insights to enable better decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of HR experience with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or strategic HRBP role
- Strong exposure to fast-paced, growth-stage companies
- Deep understanding of HR practices across the employee lifecycle
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with HR tools and systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
- Business-first thinking—ability to align people initiatives with company goals
- Empathetic leader who drives both performance and people care
