Job Description
**Role Overview:** Be the voice of the brand and deliver exceptional experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll resolve inquiries, build trust, and ensure customers feel valued at every interaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat. * Resolve complaints and provide solutions efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when needed. * Suggest improvements based on customer feedback. **Required Skills \& Experience:** * 1–3 years in customer service or client\-facing roles. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. * Patience, empathy, and a customer\-first mindset. * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in remote customer support environments. * Ability to handle high\-volume interactions while maintaining quality.
