Senior DevOps Engineer (Client-Facing)

Timings : 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

About the Role
Mavericks United is looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer who can confidently work with international clients, lead technical discussions, and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment processes. This is a client-facing role, so exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are just as important as technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, gather technical requirements, and provide solutions.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and technical recommendations directly to clients.
- Support incident management and root cause analysis.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Knowledge of Linux system administration and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
Communication Requirements (Mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with international clients in real-time.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving and client-handling capabilities.
