Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representatives who will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless support experience. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Working: Days: 5 days a week**
**Shift: Rotational**
**Office Location :**
**Eco Space Bellandur, Kengeri \& Bhartiya City**
**Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
* Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate information about products/services
* Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
* Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
* Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT scores
**Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* At least 1 \- 5 years' of relevant work experience
* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
* Should be comfortable with upselling
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi\-task, organize, and prioritize work
