Position Overview
As a
Senior Accountant
, you will own accounting cycles and financial reporting for assigned entities or clients, ensuring compliance while serving as a trusted financial partner to internal and external stakeholders.

Employment Type: Full-Time - Fully remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (schedule based on client requirements - Schedule can be in PST/MST/EST/CST)
Key Responsibilities
- Own month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
- Review complex journal entries and accounting estimates.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations.
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Review the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

- Financial reporting and audit tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.

Knowledge of US GAAP.
- ACCA or CA finalist.
- 2 to 4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting.
- Experience preparing month-end financial reports.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
