Position Summar

yThe Security Manager is responsible for the overall safety, security, and protection of guests, employees, visitors, contractors, hotel assets and property. The role ensures the implementation of effective security policies, emergency response procedures, risk management strategies and compliance with local regulations and hotel standards

.The Security Manager leads the Security Department, maintains a secure environment throughout the hotel and works closely with operational departments to prevent security incidents while ensuring exceptional guest experiences

• ntManage and supervise all hotel security operations on a 24/7 basi
• s.Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures and standard operating practice
• s.Ensure adequate security coverage for all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, bars, parking facilities, back-of-house areas and event space
• s.Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risk
• s.Monitor security systems, CCTV operations, access control systems, alarms and surveillance equipmen

t.Risk Assessment \& Loss Preventi

• onConduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyse
• s.Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, fraud and property damag
• e.Investigate incidents involving theft, misconduct, accidents, security breaches or suspicious activitie
• s.Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend corrective action
• s.Maintain records of all investigations and security-related matter

s.Emergency Preparedness \& Crisis Manageme

• ntLead emergency response planning and executio
• n.Ensure preparedness for fire emergencies, medical incidents, natural disasters, security threats and evacuation procedure
• s.Coordinate emergency drills and training program
• s.Act as Incident Commander during emergencies until relieved by senior management or emergency service
• s.Liaise with Civil Defence, Police, Ambulance Services and other government authorities when require
