The GCC staffing and recruitment market has entered a far more sophisticated phase of evolution. Clients today are no longer looking solely for vendors that can provide manpower at speed. Increasingly, they are seeking partners who understand workforce strategy, compliance, nationalization priorities, sector specialization, and the operational realities of scaling businesses across the region.
At the same time, organizations are becoming more selective about who they engage with – placing greater value on credibility, market intelligence, delivery capability, and long-term partnership orientation.
We are seeking experienced Business Development professionals with a strong track record in Contract Staffing / Outsourcing / Workforce Solutions / Talent Acquisition. The successful candidates will bring:
- 5 – 10+ years of UAE market experience within staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions
- Strong relationships across corporate, government, semi-government, or industrial sectors
- Commercial maturity and credibility in engaging senior stakeholders
- A consultative and solutions-oriented approach to business development
- High levels of accountability, resilience, and execution capability
