Are you a passionate and patient-focused Registered Nurse looking to be part of an exciting new healthcare initiative?
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join a new healthcare project consisting of five clinics across the Al Dhafra Region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while being part of a growing and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in the Outpatient Department (OPD) and Urgent Care settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and policies.
- Assist physicians and healthcare teams in examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Respond effectively to urgent and emergency situations within the scope of practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License or eligibility for licensing.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in OPD, Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or a similar clinical setting.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate and work in the Al Dhafra Region.
