Sales Manager

**An Ambitious and Energetic Role** We are looking for an ambitious and energetic experienced Sales Manager to oversee and support the Sales team. The Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales management process. The Sales Manager will also be able to guide and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. **Responsibilities** * Manage the Sales Representatives team * Set and track sales goals for the team * Suggest and implement improvements to the Sales Management Process * Coordinate projects with deadlines and report sales metrics * Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts * Use customer feedback to create ideas for new features or products * Create an open communication environment for the team * Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction * Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. * Provide trustworthy feedback and after\-sales support * Build long\-term relationships with new and existing customers * Develop entry\-level staff into valuable salespeople **Qualifications** * 3\-4 years' prior work experience as an Inside Sales Manager * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies * Focused and goal\-oriented * Practical experience with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets * Full understanding of the Sales Management Process * Excellent interpersonal and team management skills * Strong analytical and organisational skills * Numerical abilities and problem\-solving skills * Relevant Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field \* \* \* \* \*
