Job Title: Sales Manager (Printing/ Packaging and Containers Manufacturing)

They are an offset printing firm and have been in the industry for over 20 years.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in the packaging industry to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for generating new client leads, maintaining a robust client database, and conducting regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Development: B ring their existing clients to the firm and develop their products with us.
Lead Generation: Utilise effective outreach strategies to generate new leads. Identify potential clients within the Karachi area and initiate contact to introduce our printing and packaging solutions.
Client Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and accurate client database. Enter all client interactions, including inquiries and follow-up actions, ensuring all data is current and accessible.
Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure continued interest and satisfaction with our offerings. Address any queries and provide additional information to aid their purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and enhance client engagement processes. Participate in team meetings to discuss targets and strategies.
Market Research : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the Karachi region. Use this information to adjust lead generation tactics.
Event Participation: Occasionally participate in industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote our products.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the packaging industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
