We are hiring for top growing Audit Firm.
Role Overview – Manager HR
A Chartered Accountants firm is looking for an experienced HR \& Administration Manager to lead HR and administration functions across our group businesses.
The group operates across professional services, hospitality, property, and other business ventures. While employees may work across different business units, all HR policies, procedures, and governance are managed centrally through firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a workforce of approximately 25 employees and will focus on:
✅ Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
✅ Managing recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting first-round interviews, and recommending hires
✅ Monitoring headcount, attendance, leave, working hours, and workforce planning requirements
✅ Building strong employee relationships and maintaining a positive, high-performance workplace culture
✅ Managing payroll, employee records, HR compliance, and statutory requirements
✅ Overseeing office administration and facility management, including workplace maintenance, vendors, office supplies, and support staff
✅ Producing HR reports and supporting management with workforce planning and operational improvements
Other Details:
Qualification: MBA in HR or a related field.
Experience: 5 years
Location: Lahore
Compensation: Market-competitive Salary + Benefits
Timings: Monday - Friday (1pm - 10pm)
