Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development across IT, ELV, Telecom, Instrumentation, and Safety solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
  • Build strong relationships with government entities, ADNOC group companies, EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, and corporate clients.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent Hamdaztech at customer meetings, industry events, and business forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Abu Dhabi

within one or more of the following sectors

  • IT Infrastructure \& Solutions
  • ELV Systems
  • Telecommunications
  • Industrial Instrumentation
  • Fire \& Gas Detection Systems
  • Safety \& Security Solutions
  • Cyber Security
  • AI
  • AV

Strong network and established customer relationships in Abu Dhabi are mandatory.

  • Experience dealing with

ADNOC, government organizations, EPC contractors, consultants, and major industrial clients

will be a significant advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
