Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across IT, ELV, Telecom, Instrumentation, and Safety solutions.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
- Build strong relationships with government entities, ADNOC group companies, EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, and corporate clients.
- Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with technical, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent Hamdaztech at customer meetings, industry events, and business forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Abu Dhabi
within one or more of the following sectors
- IT Infrastructure \& Solutions
- ELV Systems
- Telecommunications
- Industrial Instrumentation
- Fire \& Gas Detection Systems
- Safety \& Security Solutions
- Cyber Security
- AI
- AV

Strong network and established customer relationships in Abu Dhabi are mandatory.
- Experience dealing with
ADNOC, government organizations, EPC contractors, consultants, and major industrial clients
will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
