Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Manager will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts with new and existing clients. The role includes setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and tracking performance against goals in coordination with leadership. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback on products and services, and work closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. Daily responsibilities also include forecasting pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends and competitors, and representing HAMDAZ Technologies at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within technology, AI, or engineering services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sales relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Experience developing sales strategies, setting targets, and reporting on performance using CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product, and operations teams to shape client proposals and solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or sales certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market, with existing industry networks considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive sales decisions.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
