Job Purpose/ Summary The Sales Manager drives institutional and government sales across assigned territories to deliver revenue growth and market penetration. The role builds influence on key accounts to secure project approvals and orders. It also involves building strong pipelines of project prospects and managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure and execution support.
Job Title Sales Manager – B2G \& B2G
Job Description '-Drive revenue growth by acquiring projects opportunities, developing and retaining key B2B and B2G customers, including institutional clients, builders, PSUs, government departments, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and PMCs in the assigned territories.
Build strong influence across the decision-making ecosystem and secure product approvals, specifications, and empanelments through engagement with architects, consultants, PMCs, and government authorities. Lead end-to-end institutional sales cycles, including opportunity scoping, presentations, technical discussions, bid preparation, commercial negotiation, and order closure. Develop and manage strong project pipelines by tracking and mapping construction projects in various segments of builings, industries and infrastructures across assigned regions. Engage perioridically with channel partners in the assigned region to ensure consistent lead generation and performance. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations to ensure on-time delivery, service reliability, and fulfillment excellence while ensuring commercial governance, pricing discipline, and margin realization. Track and report market developments, competitor activity, and project opportunities; prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and MIS reports to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
