**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced
**Area Director**
to lead a major operational segment within a growing organization specializing in industrial and commercial construction services. This individual will be responsible for driving

* Provide leadership and direction through senior leaders, fostering a

**Operational \& Financial Leadership**
* Own the

of a large operational segment across multiple locations

* Monitor and improve key metrics including
**safety, utilization, margins, and operational efficiency**
**Sales \& Commercial Strategy**
* Drive
**revenue growth and market expansion**
through strategic sales leadership and business development initiatives
* Lead and support teams in developing
**client relationships and securing project\-based work**
* Align commercial strategy with operational execution to ensure successful project delivery
**Strategic Planning \& Execution**
* Develop and execute
**short\- and long\-term business strategies**
aligned with company objectives
* Translate enterprise strategy into
**actionable regional plans**
with measurable outcomes
* Identify and implement
**innovative, scalable solutions**
to improve operational and financial performance
**Cross\-Functional Collaboration**
* Partner closely with
**operations, safety, engineering, and commercial teams**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with

**Required Skills \& Experience**
* 10\+ years of progressive leadership experience in
**construction, industrial services, specialty contracting, or field\-based operations**
* Proven experience leading
**large, multi\-site operations**
through senior managers
* Strong background with
**full P\&L ownership**
and financial performance management
* Experience in
**project\-based environments**
requiring coordination between operations, sales, and field teams
* Demonstrated success driving
**revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational performance**
* Deep understanding of metrics including
**safety, utilization, cost control, and productivity**
* Track record of leading
**organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives**
* Strong
**executive\-level communication, influence, and negotiation skills**
* Experience managing
**key client relationships and external stakeholders**
* Ability to operate effectively in a
**fast\-paced, matrixed environment**
* Willingness to travel as needed to support field operations and customer engagement
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in
**heavy industrial, infrastructure, or commercial construction environments**
* Background leading both
**sales and operations functions**
* Experience scaling or optimizing

Compensation:
$180,000 to $200,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
