They are seeking a **Restaurants General Manager** who is personable, media\-savvy, dining room\- and culinary promotion\-minded, and has an eye for detail. Candidates with a hospitality degree, college courses in Restaurant or Hospitality Management is preferred. Must have a solid background in a very busy restaurant operation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable branded or free\-standing restaurant is a must.
