Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Pyramid Cafe Lounge \& Bar, Patiala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage overall restaurant operations including front\-of\-house and service team * Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction * Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent performance * Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure quick resolution * Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability * Maintain inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards * Plan staff schedules, duty rosters, and manage manpower efficiently * Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations * Implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase revenue **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a lounge, bar, or premium dining setup * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and customer handling skills * Knowledge of F\&B operations, liquor control, and service standards * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Flexible with shifts and working hours **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality * Experience in lounge/bar operations will be an added advantage
