**staff scheduling, recruitment \& performance**
* Maintain
**FSSAI, excise, and safety compliances**
* Drive
**sales through upselling, events \& promotions**
**What We’re Looking For**
* Proven experience as a
**Restaurant Manager / Genral Manager/Unit Head**
* Strong background in
**Cafe, Lounge \& Bar operations**
* Excellent knowledge of
**bar operations, inventory \& costing**
* Leadership skills with a
**hands\-on approach**
* Ability to handle
**peak\-hour operations \& nightlife crowd**
* Willing to work
**flexible shifts**
