Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
**Restaurant Manager**
to oversee the full operational management of a locally owned premium bakery café concept based in Dubai. The business is currently operating in Dubai Design District and is expanding with a second outlet opening soon.
This role requires a hands\-on leader who can manage end\-to\-end operations while ensuring excellence across service, product quality, and customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee daily Front of House and Back of House operations
* Lead, train, and develop the café team to ensure high performance standards
* Ensure strong customer service and consistent guest experience
* Manage operational budgets, cost control, and financial performance
* Support marketing initiatives and brand execution in\-store
* Implement SOPs and maintain operational efficiency across outlets
* Drive consistency, quality, and service standards across locations
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in café, bakery, or premium casual dining operations
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Solid understanding of financial and operational controls
* Experience managing both FOH and BOH functions
* Hands\-on, structured, and detail\-oriented approach
* Strong customer service mindset and brand awareness
