Job Description
Lead and manage end\-to\-end HR operations in alignment with corporate
HR frameworks and policies.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees,
ensuring HR practices are effectively implemented.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition activities including workforce planning,
recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Manage Total Rewards administration including compensation, benefits,
and employee HR transactions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining
proper documentation and governance standards.
• Oversee visa processing, government relations, and employee
documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Support Talent Management initiatives including performance
management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Drive employee experience and engagement initiatives across the
organization.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth
employee lifecycle.
• Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses
• Develop and manage visual assets, such as logos, colour schemes,
typography, and other graphic elements
• Collaborate with the Company functional teams to ensure consistency of marketing.
