A high\-energy neighbourhood tavern known for its strong local following, casual vibe, and unapologetically fun atmosphere is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the operation. This isn’t a white\-tablecloth environment, and it’s not trying to be. It’s a place built on personality, consistency, and a team that knows how to deliver a great experience without overcomplicating it. The right leader will understand how to protect that culture while still driving performance, accountability, and growth. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the full operation of the business, including financial performance, team leadership, and execution of brand standards. This individual will be highly visible in the operation, leading from the floor and setting the tone for both the team and the guest experience. **Description** * Oversee all day\-to\-day operations, including front of house, back of house, and bar * Drive financial performance through strong P\&L management, cost controls, and revenue growth * Lead, coach, and develop a high\-performing team; manage recruitment, training, and retention * Ensure consistent execution of service standards and a high\-quality guest experience * Monitor labour, inventory, and purchasing to maintain operational efficiency * Foster a positive and accountable team culture * Act as a brand ambassador within the local community * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements **Requirements** * 3–5\+ years of Restaurant Manager or senior leadership experience within a high\-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment * Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and interpret P\&L statements * Proven ability to lead teams in fast\-paced, high\-energy environments * Hands\-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound operational decisions * A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences **Corporate Culture** * Competitive base salary * Performance\-based bonus structure * Opportunity to lead an established, high\-performing location * Autonomy within a supportive and growing organization * Career growth potential within a recognized brand Contact Carmen MacKeage at 403\.670\.9101 x5 or submit your resume in confidence below.
