Resort General Manager

**Skybridge Luxury Associates** has been engaged by our client, a confidential luxury resort in Northern Arizona, to conduct a search for their next **General Manager** . This is an independent property with a strong sense of place and a loyal guest base. The incoming GM will report directly to the Managing Director and will play a central leadership role through a full property renovation slated for later this year. Pre\-opening or renovation experience is a meaningful differentiator for this search. We are looking for a leader who comes from an independent luxury background and understands what that actually requires. Someone who leads from the floor, builds teams that stay, earns owner trust through transparency, and has the operational range to oversee rooms, food and beverage, spa, and retail without micromanaging strong department heads. Financial acumen and P\&L accountability at the GM level are expected. This is not a role for someone who needs a corporate framework to operate well. The property has a distinct identity and the incoming GM will be expected to protect and evolve it. **Ideal candidates will bring:** * Proven GM tenure at an independent or boutique luxury resort * **A minimum of 2 years of tenure in each previous role** — longevity and commitment are non\-negotiable expectations for this search * Experience leading a property through a full renovation or pre\-opening * Ownership\-level financial reporting and P\&L accountability * A track record of building and retaining high\-performing teams * Strong instincts, clear communication, and the confidence to lead without a playbook All inquiries are handled with complete discretion.
