We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to support a full-spectrum family law practice. The role will focus on high-impact matters including pre-nuptials, custody, divorces, and general family law matters.
Job Title: Family Law Attorney (Remote)
Salary: $180,000 – $220,000
Location: Remote, Hackensack, NJ
Key Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and court documents
- Handle pre-nups, custody, divorces, and general family law matters; prepare for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant parties; manage deadlines and case schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum
2+ years of family law experience
; CFLS certification a plus
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure and family law discovery; proficient with case management systems and e-filing
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while ensuring timely communication with clients and counsel
Compensation \& Benefits
- Competitive salary:
$180,000 – $220,000
(depending on experience)
