Billables :
1,550–1,750 hours
Base Salary: $220,000 - $300,000
A growing law firm is seeking an experienced
Partner
to join its Dallas team. This is a
remote opportunity
designed for an attorney with an established book of business(Transaction or Litigation) who is looking for a platform that provides flexibility, resources, and the opportunity to continue growing their practice.

- Lower billable-hour expectations to account for time spent managing and developing a book
- Approx. 1,550–1,750 billable hours

The Dallas office currently includes:
- 1 Senior Associate
- 1 Of Counsel
- 1 Associate relocating from Houston to Dallas in Q3/Q4 2026
- 1 Paralegal relocating from Houston to Dallas in Q3/Q4 2026
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an established attorney with a portable book of business who wants the autonomy and flexibility of a remote platform without sacrificing access to a growing team and firm resources.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is between
$220,000 – $300,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
