Litigation Attorney — Construction/Commercial Litigation
Experience: 2-4+ years of experience
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Billable Requirement: 1850
A well-established, nationally recognized litigation firm in the Atlanta area is expanding its team and hiring two litigation attorneys. This boutique firm has built its reputation on trial-tested results — with attorneys individually recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers — while maintaining the responsiveness and culture of a smaller shop. The firm is in active growth mode, recently expanding its office footprint to support a growing caseload across construction, commercial, and insurance-related litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an active litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting, discovery, and motion practice
- Take/defend depositions and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
- Partner closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active license to practice law in Georgia
- 2–4+ years of litigation experience (range depends on level)
- Construction litigation preferred; commercial/business, civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability backgrounds also considered
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
