The Paediatric Registered Nurse provides compassionate, family\-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. **Responsibilities** * Adheres to M42’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times * Deliver comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients in accordance with clinical policies and evidence\-based practices * Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations accurately * Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments safely and according to physician orders * Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests * Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge care * Respond effectively to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition * Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe, child\-friendly care environment * Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and emotional well\-beingP * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * Minimum 3 years’ post\-qualification nursing experience, including specialized services and clinical certification. * Current nursing license in country of origin and eligibility for DOH/DHA Medical License. * Proficiency in medical record systems and digital healthcare platforms. * Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
