The Clinical Nurse Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring high‑quality patient care, fostering a culture of safety, and supporting ongoing team development across M42 facilities. This role requires a collaborative leader who models accountability, champions continuous improvement, and upholds the highest standards of occupational health and safety. **Responsibilities** * Communicate clearly and purposefully to guide teams and support effective collaboration. * Build and maintain strong, trust‑based professional relationships. * Recommend and implement improvements that enhance clinical operations and patient outcomes. * Support staff development by identifying learning needs and encouraging continuous growth. * Contribute to developing and maintaining workplace safety programs. * Follow all established OHS procedures and promote safe work practices. * Assist in safety investigations, hazard reporting, and incident documentation. * Participate in OHS activities such as risk assessments, PPE selection, and hazard control measures. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. * Minimum 3\-5 years of clinical nursing experience, including leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory responsibility. * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license; eligibility for DOH/HAAD licensing. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both individuals and groups effectively. * Demonstrated accountability and adherence to safety and operational standards. * Proven ability to support organizational improvements and change initiatives.
