Regional Sales Director

- Support succession planning and leadership development within the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.

- Strong coaching and performance management capabilities.
- Experience leading teams through periods of change, growth, or transformation.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
- Strong business acumen, forecasting, and sales management skills.
