Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Ensure Quality Assurance of assigned Grids
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of field operations of assigned grids.
- Coordination with MS Vendor’s grid and cluster level staff for routine operations.
- Responsible for quality assurance of assigned grids through field Audits.
- Prepare and execute site Audit plan as per Audit criteria.
- Detailed report submission of audits and submission of achieved KPI score to TL/Manager for review.
- Follow up with vendors for resolution of snags identified during Audits or through alarms.
- Ensuring PM Execution as per SLA for assigned grid.
- Ensure Telco \& Non-Telco maintenance is done as per standards.
- Audit of specialized projects executed by MS Vendor.
- Coordination with CMPak commercial counterparts for network-related issues and complaints and their resolution through MS Vendor field teams.
- Coordination with CMPak internal technical teams for back office support.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- In principle, to have a Bachelor's Degree in BE/BSC/B Tech/Engineering or other relevant degree.
Work Experience:
Should have preferably 2 to 3 years of experience.
Skills – Generic:
- Communication skills.
Skills – Job Specific:
- BSS Telco \& non-telco equipment Maintenance.
